Role description:
Security team new business commercial team is split into regions - DACH NL Nordics and UK&I.
Nedap has been around for decades traditionally an on-premise solution. Started the transition to SaaS three years ago so this is more a greenfield.
3 SaaS products for Security.
This AE role will mainly focus on a new SaaS product: Physical Identity & Access management system.
German SDR is currently being hired. 70% pipe gen self gerenated 30% inbound & events and SDR.
Focus on companies from 10.000 employees.
There are 600 target accounts for the DACH market covered by this and one other AE.
Pilot is 50 - 100k on average is a pilot 6 months. Thats the most common way to win new business.
Sales cycle: 6-12 months

Salary range: Max 109k base (including holiday allowance 13th month) & 41k on target commission (75/25 split) lease car

- Experience selling a complex enterprise SaaS product with large deal values and multi-stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years relevant Enterprise new business experience within SaaS
- Winning mentality strategic self starter goes the extra mile relationship builder

- Comes into the office more frequent
- Worked in the security industry
