Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Execution: Define and implement end-to-end execution strategies for premium residential and commercial developments.
Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams consultants and contractors across all project phases.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop master schedules milestone roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.
Construction Oversight: Manage civil MEP and finishing works with strict adherence to quality safety and regulatory standards.
Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee manpower planning vendor mobilization material procurement and budget control.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal leadership external partners and government authorities to ensure alignment and approvals.
Qualifications :
- 1823 years in real estate development project execution and team leadership.
- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale developer-led projects.
- Strong knowledge of Mumbais regulatory landscape and construction norms.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
