- Support new hire onboarding by sending invitations collecting documents and preparing badges and materials.
- Maintain employee files update trackers and support compliance requirements.
- Assist with employee changes offboarding updates and general data entry.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing employment letters handling requests and coordinating office or HR supplies.
Qualifications :
- Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- 12 years of office administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Dependable responsive to direction and open to feedback.
- Excellent customer service interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
