Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting our HR operations with a strong focus on Workday system testing troubleshooting data accuracy and process optimisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR coordination experience who has a passion for systems continuous improvement and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities include: 

Workday Testing & Support

  • Conduct endtoend testing for Workday enhancements configuration updates and new functionality.
  • Support HR Payroll and Recruitment teams by identifying issues logging defects and validating fixes.
  • Assist in preparing test scripts documentation and system walkthroughs.
  • Monitor Workday inboxes troubleshoot user issues and escalate as required.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality across all Workday modules.

HR Operations

  • Provide daytoday coordination support across the employee lifecycle (onboarding changes offboarding).
  • Prepare employment contracts letters and documentation.
  • Coordinate HR inbox queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support cyclical HR activities including performance remuneration and engagement processes.

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • 13 years experience in an HR Coordinator or People Operations role.
  • Experience using Workday (essential).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with systems and data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritise manage deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment.
