Whats on offer
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning work available
Shift Timings:Starting between 4-6am weekdays typical shifts average 10 hours.
Pay rate: $38.08 per/hr Penalties
Duties Include:
- Engage in physically demanding tasks including the lifting and movement of heavy medical waste bins Safely and punctually deliver medical waste bins to various healthcare facilities and collection points according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Efficiently load and unload medical waste bins onto and from the delivery vehicle ensuring that all bins are properly secured to prevent spills or accidents.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries addressing any questions or concerns from healthcare facility staff and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents injuries or contamination during the transportation and delivery of medical waste.
- Effectively communicate with the dispatch team supervisors and other relevant personnel to relay information about deliveries delays or any other issues that may arise.

- This role involves strenuous physical activities and candidates must be capable of handling the demanding nature of the job including Ability to lift and move heavy bins following proper safety guidelines.
- Understands that the role is not simply driving from point A to Point B
Requirements:
- PPE: Long sleeve top long drill pants high-vis top steel-capped boots
- Must be safety orientated
- If you are successful you will need to have HEP A & B vaccination
