About the Role:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Program Coordinator to provide reliable administrative and logistical support to the Programs Team and support the smooth operation of Raises youth mentoring programs.

This is a hands on coordination role that supports the day-to-day operations of the Programs team. The role contributes to process improvements supports data integrity and assists with the delivery of key program activities that help young people thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of program processes
  • Developing maintaining and updating resources such as standard operating procedures quick reference guides and training materials
  • Managing Sharepoint documents and providing coordination and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Assisting Program Counsellors at key events like Jitters and Graduation
  • Responding to service desk queries and supporting data integrity in Salesforce
  • Coordinating logistics for team events and distributing program materials

About you:

  • You are a detail-oriented coordinator with a passion for purpose driven work. You bring:
  • At least 2 years experience in program coordination administration office management or business support
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud platforms with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • A current Working with Children Check and National Crime Check
