We have a new positionthat forms an important part of our customer service team. The roles involve responding to enquiries from our own team members and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility are required as you move from phone-based support to completing some operational administrative tasks is a full-time position that will work Monday to Fridayeach week with a 5.30pm finish time.

Incoming enquiries can relate to all aspects of retail trade systems promotions and more. This is a fun fast paced role where you get to build rock solid relationships with stakeholders as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives. With no two days the same this is the perfect role for anyone lookingto kickstart a career in an office bound role.

• General administration support

• Customer service

• Problem solving

• Complaints resolution
