Job Summary

Location: Remote Greece
Salary: 1045.72/month (gross)
Bonus: Up to 150/month performance-based
Interview Deadline:
Training Date:(11 full working days fully paid)
Schedule: MondaySunday 09:0021:00 (rotational shifts)
Relocation Support (choose one):

  1. All expenses covered flight hotel and real estate agency fee

  2. 250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee (for independent relocation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues troubleshooting and warranty claims.
  • Offer accurate and clear product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when needed maintaining high service standards.
  • Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • French (C2): Native-level fluency

  • English (B2): Intermediate communication skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory

  • EU Citizenship valid work permit or Certificate of Protection for refugees
