Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone email and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist customers with product-related issues troubleshooting and warranty claims.
- Offer accurate and clear product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when needed maintaining high service standards.
- Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

French (C2): Native-level fluency

English (B2): Intermediate communication skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- EU Citizenship valid work permit or Certificate of Protection for refugees
