The role
As Account Manager for Queensland youll grow share with existing partners and open new doors across targeted channels supplying a quality range of timber and panel products. We welcome candidates from adjacent categories like joinery hardware glass & aluminium building supplies or related construction industry with transferable skills.
Your focus
- Build trust with resellers manufacturers fabrication plants and key industry players
- Run a consistent rhythm of 67 purposeful calls/visits daily
- Win new business by positioning premium products into untapped markets
- Collaborate with technical/operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Travel across SEQ and Regional QLD max 2-3 days bi-monthly
About you
- 3 years sales/account management with results to match
- Building materials knowledge (timber or related construction categories ideal).
- Confident facetoface presenter and relationship builder
- Full sales cycle capabilityfrom prospecting to longterm partnerships
- Ready to travel for short stints to stay close to customers
