Job Summary:
To lead and manage the Admissions Department to achieve student enrollment targets ensure an effective admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and support the schools growth in compliance with school policies and data protection standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement admissions strategies to increase student enrollment and achieve annual targets.
- Work closely with the Head of School and Marketing Team to boost recruitment.
- Lead supervise and support the admissions team; set KPIs and conduct annual performance evaluations.
- Provide training to ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Plan and manage the annual admissions budget.
- Review update and improve admissions SOPs policies and related forms.
- Oversee the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment ensuring applications are processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all supporting documents and references are properly collected and recorded.
- Liaise with principals learning support student affairs and other teams to ensure proper enrollment decisions.
- Handle special cases including parent concerns complaints withdrawals and expulsions.
- Review and approve official letters announcements and admissions requests.
- Ensure proper management and protection of student data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Participate in management meetings and execute other tasks assigned by the Head of School.
- Support school events marketing activities school tours and promotional initiatives when required.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 46 years of experience in admissions student recruitment or sales management preferably in the education sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
- Good organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
- Good knowledge of admissions procedures and data management systems.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills (MS Office CRM systems social media platforms).
