Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the backbone of HR operations. As an HR Generalist youll support day-to-day HR functions with a strong focus on onboarding benefits administration employee data accuracy and consistent execution. Youll be a key point of contact for employees and managers helping ensure a smooth organized and supportive HR experience across the business.
This is an in-person role suited for someone who is detail-oriented dependable and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple locations
Ensure accuracy and completion of all new hire documentation and compliance requirements
Maintain employee records and data integrity within HR systems
Support employee transitions including role changes and offboarding
Benefits & Payroll Support
Support benefits enrollment changes and employee questions
Coordinate with brokers and vendors to help resolve benefits-related issues
Ensure accurate employee data to support payroll processing
Compliance & Policy Support
Assist with maintaining HR policies and procedures across multiple states
Support compliance with federal and state labor requirements
Track and maintain required HR documentation
Employee Support
Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions
Partner with managers to support a consistent employee experience
Escalate complex employee relations matters as needed
Reporting & Process Improvement
Run standard HR reports and maintain internal trackers
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
Support audits and internal reviews

Qualifications
35 years of experience in an HR Generalist HR Coordinator or HR Operations role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
Experience supporting onboarding and benefits administration
Comfortable working in a multi-location or multi-state environment
HRIS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word Outlook)
