About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sportsbook Operations Executive who is both knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about sports sports betting and the wider gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest across UK-focused sports including football tennis cricket rugby and more.

Due to the nature of the business this role operates on a shift-based contract with coverage across evenings weekends and where required overnight periods.

The Sportsbook Operations team plays a central role in building managing and delivering a high-quality mobile betting experience. You will be working within a small fast-paced team where attention to detail commercial awareness and a passion for sports betting are essential.

Key responsibilities

Making data-driven decisions to effectively manage our user portfolio
Identifying and arranging attractive sports events for users to bet on within the app
Booking sporting events for live betting
Working closely with the Customer Experience team to resolve user queries
Contributing to the development of innovative betting products
Creating and maintaining a consistently strong user betting experience

What were looking for

3 years experience within a Sports Trading role either as a user or working for a bookmaker
Strong knowledge across multiple sports
In-depth understanding of fixed odds and core betting principles
Experience working with third-party providers
Strong mathematical ability with solid analytical and statistical skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
