Job Summary

Next Job Abroad is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Training & Quality Assurance Specialist to join an international operations team with a finance company in Malta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Training Specialist QA Analyst Learning & Development professional or Customer Operations Coach who enjoys improving team performance building structured training programs and driving service excellence in customer-facing environments.

The role combines training design facilitation quality assurance and coaching making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments such as customer support operations call centers service delivery teams or international support hubs.

Whether you are already based in Malta or considering a career move to one of Europes leading international business hubs this role offers the chance to work with multicultural teams and play a key role in shaping operational quality and employee development.

Tasks

As a Senior Training & QA Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that customer-facing teams consistently deliver high-quality service and meet operational standards.

You will design and deliver training programs monitor quality performance across multiple channels and provide structured coaching to help teams continuously improve their communication compliance and service delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of training quality assurance performance management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding

  • Lead onboarding programs for new team members ensuring smooth integration into operations
  • Design and deliver training sessions covering communication skills negotiation compliance and internal processes
  • Develop structured learning paths based on team performance metrics and business objectives
  • Create and maintain engaging training materials guides documentation and scripts

Quality Assurance & Performance Coaching

  • Develop and manage QA frameworks and evaluation processes for customer interactions
  • Monitor and review calls emails and chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching sessions to support individual development
  • Partner with team leaders and operations managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Process Improvement & Quality Optimization

  • Identify quality trends training gaps and operational improvement opportunities
  • Review communication standards scripts and internal processes to enhance service consistency
  • Contribute to internal projects focused on customer experience service quality and operational efficiency

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings both operational experience and a strong passion for developing people.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Training Quality Assurance Learning & Development or Customer Operations
  • Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training programs and coaching team members
  • Experience working in customer support service operations or call center environments
  • Familiarity with QA frameworks quality monitoring tools and performance metrics

Nice to have:

  • Experience mentoring or coaching employees
  • Experience building learning materials or training documentation
  • Experience working in international or multilingual environments
