Job Summary
Industry: Finance

Main Duties:
- Manage company incorporations statutory filings with the MBR and maintenance of company registers
- Review and draft resolutions contracts and corporate documentations to ensure regulatory compliance
- Oversee client bank account lifecycles and manage daily corporate operations
- Lead KYC/onboarding processes ongoing monitoring and regulatory reporting
- Facilitate residency/visa applications and keep clients updated on industry and legislative changes
What skills do you need:
- Deep understanding of corporate industry standards and compliance frameworks
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate services; prior experience in a comparable role is a significant advantage
- A Diploma in Law Finance or a related discipline is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in fast-paced deadline-driven environments
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both English and Maltese
- A proactive meticulous professional with a commitment to excellence and organizational precision
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
