The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning execution monitoring and successful completion of civil construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to manage teams contractors budgets and timelines while ensuring quality and safety standards.

• Plan execute and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Prepare project schedules work plans and resource allocation.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and as per approved specifications.

• Lead and coordinate site engineers supervisors contractors and vendors.

• Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical or execution-related issues.

• Ensure effective manpower planning and productivity at project sites.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards drawings specifications and BOQs.

• Implement and monitor safety procedures and statutory compliance at sites.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

• Monitor project costs and control budgets effectively.

• Verify measurements contractor bills and material consumption.

• Coordinate with accounts and procurement teams for billing and payments.

• Coordinate with architects consultants and clients for smooth project execution.

• Prepare and submit progress reports MIS and project status updates to management.

• Handle client meetings reviews and site audits.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / / Diploma Civil).

• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing civil construction projects.

• Strong experience in RCC structures commercial / industrial / residential projects.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and large teams.

• Strong project planning execution and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of construction methodologies quality standards and safety norms.

• Good understanding of BOQs billing budgeting and cost control.

• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools.

• Result-oriented and hands-on professional.

• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
