Plaza Auto Groups Hwy 11 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a full team of technicians and advisors while driving department growth efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations and profitability of the service department
Oversee smooth operations across all areas including quality performance customer service and overall effectiveness
Forecast goals and objectives for sales gross profit and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis
Hire coach train and reward employees to achieve department objectives
Work alongside service staff to train associates on dealership policies and procedures
Maintain a customer-focused environment and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Perform other duties as assigned to support department success
Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
High energy drive and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
Teamwork and collaboration across all departments
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in PBS and electronic repair order systems
Strong background in automotive customer service and service department operations
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
