We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join a dynamic and growing team within the commercial foodservice technology industry. This role plays a key part in supporting regional sales teams by qualifying leads engaging with prospective customers and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact through sales engagement.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of hospitality or food industry experience Culinary and customer engagement skills and the ability to support and guide inside sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct qualification activities for inbound leads generated through various channels including social media trade shows and website inquiries
Research prospects and gather relevant information prior to outreach
Engage with potential customers through phone email and online meetings to assess business needs
Present the benefits and capabilities of advanced commercial kitchen solutions through virtual demonstrations or presentations
Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers to support sales initiatives and regional campaigns
Schedule qualified prospects for product demonstrations and sales meetings
Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns related to customer engagement
Provide guidance and training to Customer Success Specialists within the inside sales team
Assist leadership with reporting analytics and operational coordination
Qualifications
5 years of experience in the hospitality foodservice or kitchen operations environment (Chef kitchen supervisor or similar background preferred)
Experience with customer engagement lead qualification or inside sales activities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to interact with business owners managers and senior stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with sales marketing and operations teams
Bachelors degree preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in customer success inside sales or pre-sales roles
Familiarity with commercial kitchen operations or foodservice equipment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are considered an asset
