About the Role Mō te tūranga mahi

As an Integrated Care Pathways (ICP) Recovery Coordinator Level 1 youll work in partnership with providers to support our clients and their whānau on their recovery journey. Whether its over the phone via email or through virtual face-to-face conversations youll help clients make meaningful progress towards their goals.

Youll either manage your own caseload of complex claims requiring specialised support or contribute flexibly across a centralised queue. With ICP altering the approach to case management for ACC clients with musculoskeletal injuries in the lower back shoulder or knee that may require surgery your responsibilities will also include assisting providers as new collaborative practices are adopted.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $70000 plus 9% superannuation

Work-Life Balance
