As the Learning and Development Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting learning and development across KiwiRails teams. From organising training courses to managing learning data and compliance youll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied detail-oriented role where your coordination and communication skills will be valued every day. Youll liaise with multiple teams help manage learning systems and provide the behind-the-scenes support that keeps our training on track.

• Experienced in administration and training coordination

• Proven ability to remain adaptable and solution focussed under pressure delivering high-quality work within tight timeframes
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confidence working with data and learning systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
