As a Broadcast Technology Support Analyst you will provide vital front-line technical support and expertise for Nines sophisticated production systems at our North Sydney facility. You will be the primary point of contact for internal customers ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality broadcast services by proactively resolving hardware and software issues across our 24/7 operations.
Day to day you will:
- The successful candidate will be part of an enthusiastic team responsible for day to day support of sophisticated up to date technical broadcast systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders via phone and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across studio automation and live production.
- Support diverse environments including post-production digital assets and news gathering.
- Manage the lifecycle of incidents to ensure timely resolution of broadcast system faults.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to staff knowledge sharing.
- Monitor industry trends to support the continuous improvement of broadcast standards.
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering technology or equivalent practical industry experience.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
- Clear communication skills and the motivation to work both independently and in teams.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and upskilling in new technologies.
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster including early starts weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience providing technical support within broadcast or production environments is an advantage.
