Job Summary

Job Description:
An HR Executivemanages daily HR operations focusing on recruitment onboarding employee relations performance and compliance acting as a link between staff and management to support organizational goals by implementing policies managing talent and fostering a productive environment. Key duties include talent acquisitionbenefits administration training coordinationpayrollsupport and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Hiring:Sourcing screening interviewing hiring and onboarding new employees plus running referral programs.
    • Employee Relations:Addressing grievances managing conflicts and promoting a positive work culture.
    • Performance Management:
      Implementing performance reviews training and development programs

  • Policy & Compliance:Developing updating and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Admin & Records:Maintaining employee data records and managing HR software (HRIS/ATS).
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administering compensation packages and benefit.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field.
  • Knowledge:Thorough understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Skills:Strong communication interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience:Background in HR operations talent management and employee engagement.
