Job Overview: As a Passenger Service Executive or Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all passenger services at the airport. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome passengers upon their arrival at the airport. 2. Assist passengers with check-in boarding and baggage handling processes. 3. Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and other travel-related inquiries. 4. Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following established protocols and procedures. 5. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Coordinate with other airport staff including ground crew and flight crew to ensure a smooth and timely departure of flights. 7. Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers. 8. Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details. 9. Assist passengers with special needs such as elderly or disabled individuals. 10. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 6. Fluent in English and Tamil both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays. 8. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if necessary. 9. Knowledge of basic computer skills and proficiency in using airport systems. 10. Must pass a background check and drug test.
