Position: Customer Relation Executive
Experience: *Minimum 1 Year of experience
Salary: *20000 per month
Location: *Cochin

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers at the office and via phone email or chat
* Handle customer queries complaints and requests professionally and politely
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Provide accurate information about products services prices and offers
* Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
* Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are addressed
* Maintain a clean and updated record of customer interactions and transactions
* Coordinate with sales service and logistics teams to support customer needs
* Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback and issues
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
