Working under the supervision of Clinical Management the CNAs mission is to provide optimal efficient and personalized levels of care to PVE residents. Job responsibilities include: - Assist residents with activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals feeding ambulating turning positioning dressing bathing toileting etc.
- Maintain resident stability by checking vitals weight etc. and documenting.
- Provide comfort by utilizing resources and materials and answering call lights and requests.
- Observe residents behaviors; paying attention to all details and report changes to nurses.
- Show compassion and empathy to all residents under care.
- Engage with residents by assisting with participating in activities talking with them and treating everyone with a person centered approach.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Valid Certified Nursing Assistant credentialing in good standing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
