Schedule: Day Evening or Night Shifts available
Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate hands-on patient care in a healthcare facility in Albuquerque New Mexico. The CNA works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist patients with daily living activities monitor patient conditions and support the overall delivery of quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and toileting

  • Help patients with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper safety techniques

  • Measure and record vital signs such as temperature pulse and blood pressure

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

  • Assist with feeding and hydration when required

  • Maintain patient hygiene and ensure a clean safe environment

  • Document patient care activities accurately in the facilitys electronic medical record system

  • Support nursing staff with patient care tasks and unit operations

  • Follow infection control policies and patient safety protocols

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Mexico

  • Listed in good standing on the New Mexico Nurse Aide Registry

  • Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or as required by facility)

  • Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in long-term care rehabilitation hospital or skilled nursing facility settings

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR/EMR) systems

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand walk bend and lift patients throughout the shift

  • Ability to assist patients with transfers and mobility safely
