In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-drivenProfessionalto join the Finance Consulting team.
Contribute to fast-paced client-facing projects that transform finance functions
Supportandsupervisethe preparation of proposals reportspresentationsand project deliverables
Advise clients onleveragingdigital technologies to reshape the CFO agenda andoptimizefinance operations
Drive improvements in core finance processes including budgetingreportingand performance monitoring
Collaborate with experiencedand seniorconsultants to solvereal businesschallenges from strategy to execution
Participatein client meetings and discussions presentingsolutionsand building trusted relationships with stakeholders
Foster a collaborative team environment promoting knowledge sharing and effective communication across project teams
Identifyopportunities for innovation and continuous improvement encouraging the adoption of best practices and new methodologies
Supervise and mentor junior consultants providing coachingfeedbackand development opportunities to build team capability
What you bring matters
36 years of professional experience in an accounting department with solid knowledge of accounting workflows month-end closeactivitiesand related processes
Previousexperience in a relevant role at a consulting firm will be considered an asset
Experience of working on multiple accounts will be highly regarded
A bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting economics business or a related field
Familiarity withaccounting/reporting standards (GreekGAAPIFRS)and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycle
Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies financialstatementsormanagement accountspreparation
Exposure toaccountingsystems or tools (e.g.SAP Oracle Consolidation/Reporting Platforms)and experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a systemwill be considered an asset
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and develop junior staffwill be an asset
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form
A confident positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work building strong relationships working in diverse teams and continuously learning
