About the Position
As a Service Advisor Warranty & Customer Pay you will serve as the primary point of coordination between service operations warranty providers and internal teams. This role is focused on accurately writing repair orders determining warranty eligibility managing customer-pay repairs and ensuring approvals are obtained efficiently. Your attention to detail and communication skills will help control costs maintain compliance and keep vehicles moving through the service process smoothly.
By ensuring repairs are properly documented and approved you play a key role in delivering quality vehicles and supportingHoneyCars promise of The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car. HoneyCars streamlined processes transparent pricing and daily onsite training set you up for success in this role.

Qualifications
- Prior automotive parts or service experience required
- Have an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Be a great communicatorwith team members
- Persistent competitive and have a good work ethic
Entrepreneurial andambitious spirit
Clean driving record and valid drivers license
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Schedule
- Full-time position
- MondayFriday schedule (with occasional flexibility based on business needs)
