• 负责统筹华东区所有资产管理现有业务的日常运营管理包括但不限于客户关系维护现场租赁团队管理等

• 负责与公司OLA/CM等部门紧密合作同时利用市场资源与渠道不断开拓与甄别有价值的AM 业务机会与BD 团队合作全流程跟进AM新业务的招投标签约落地完成年度AM新业务指标

• 指导和带领现场租赁团队在合规前提下完成合同各项既定租赁目标完成年度AM业务收入指标

• 配合部门其他业务类别如全管与顾问服务类型下投标/运营中与资管有关的协助如定期市场信息分享项目租赁定位租赁策略分析等

• 配合公司贯彻ONE JLL策略积极主动推介业务机会给到公司其他业务条线

• 配合公司人才计划协助HR团队建立资管内外部人才库与HR团队合作制定和推进正面有效的现场租赁团队佣金奖励机制

• 指导现场团队管理日常AM运作中各类外部中介确保所有第三方中介的代理行为的有序合规

• 积极响应公司财务运作要求确保所有服务费/佣金账期合理及其他财务运作合理性
