Cafeteria Assistant (Fallbrook Stem Academy)

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient and professional manner:

• Cleans and prepares food for cooking.
• May cook main entries soups vegetables gravies meat dishes bakes bread rolls pastries salad sandwiches and other foods.
• Assists in preparing main dishes salads fruits and sandwiches.
• Assists in baking cookies cakes or bread.
• To do related work as required.

DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION:

• WORK SITE: Child Nutrition Department (Fallbrook Stem Academy)
  
• WORK SCHEDULE:5 days/week Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• BENEFITS: Benefit package includes paid sick leave vacation and holidays (currently observing 14 paid holidays a year).
• REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:Some experience in food preparationand kitchen maintenance is preferred; demonstrateddependability and cleanliness.
• REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: Possession of a valid Food Handler Authorization Card issued by the County of Department of Public Health.
