About the role
As the Manager Strategic Value Office youll lead TACs centralised strategic investment function at a pivotal moment in our organisations evolution. With a significant transformation program underway you will play a critical role in ensuring our strategic initiatives deliver maximum value and remain tightly aligned with organisational goals. This role requires strong strategic thinking robust planning capability and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide outcomes. You excel in fastpaced dynamic environments and bring a proven ability to lead empower and motivate teams to deliver meaningful this role youll drive governance excellence benefits realisation and portfolio oversight ensuring transparent decisionmaking and highquality performance reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
About the Team
This role sits within TACs Performance Risk & Strategy Division which ensures the organisations strategic direction is informed by clear insights and aligned to ambitious performance goals. The division oversees key functions including Actuarial Performance Analytics Business Intelligence Enterprise Risk Management and Strategy. As Manager Strategic Value Office youll lead a small high-performing team of up to three direct reports fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while influencing outcomes across the enterprise.
