What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Infrastructure Business Support to lead critical business functions within the Engineering Services department. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency compliance and customer service excellence across a diverse range of operational and strategic activities.

What your day will look like:

Lead and support the Business Support team.
Streamline processes and improve customer service systems.
Maintain governance registers and manage financial administration.
Oversee communications for capital projects and funding programs.
Coordinate land acquisition and compliance activities.
Keep shovel-ready projects and the 10-year Capital Works Program up to date.
Develop tools and systems for project planning and prioritisation.

What youll need for success:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven experience in business process improvement and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to quickly learn local government operations capital works planning asset management and compliance frameworks.
High-level organisational and problem-solving skills.
