DescriptionAs a Director Sub Region Industrial Automation Control Systems here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations within a specific sub-region. You will be responsible for driving business growth managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence in the Process Automation business across Canada.
You will report directly to the North American Region PAS VPGM and youll work out of our Calgary Canada location on a Hybrid work schedule with an estimated 40% travel required.
In this role you will impact the success and growth of the Process Automation business ensuring strategic alignment financial performance and market expansion. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering stakeholder engagement team leadership and operational efficiency contributing to the organizations overall success and competitiveness.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage operations within the Canadian sub-region for the Process Automation business.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage financial performance and budgeting for the sub-region.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage a small team of Program Managers to ensure successful execution of projects.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role within Program Controls Process Automation or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience as a people leader.
