Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and governance for project planning and scheduling
- Manage and mentor scheduling teams driving consistency and performance
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6
- Lead WBS and CBS development resource forecasting and labour histograms
- Perform schedule analysis including critical path logic checks and risk assessments
- Review testing and commissioning schedules to ensure milestone alignment
- Deliver clear schedule insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements
Qualifications :
- 810 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or related field
- Experience delivering natural resources projects (e.g. mining energy utilities)
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multistakeholder environments
Additional Information :
The base salary range for this full-time role is $125000.00 - $175000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
