Production Support Experience

Hands on experience supporting applications in a live production environment.

Skilled in incident management troubleshooting and triaging issues under SLA timelines.

Ability to collaborate with dev QA infra and business teams to resolve issues quickly.

OnCall Readiness

Willingness to support a rotational on call schedule typically 1 week out of every 5 weeks.

Ability to handle high priority incidents during off hours and weekends when required.

Essential Skills

CAWLA Experience

Familiarity with CA Workload Automation (CAWLA CA Autosys).

Ability to monitor manage and troubleshoot scheduled jobs and workflows.
