The Opportunity

This position works out of our Mexico Tlalpan location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD).

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology womens health cardiometabolic pain management/central nervous system and respiratory.

As Market Access Manager youll have the chance to lead market access core functions related to Biosimilars and Oncology strategy including introduction in Mexico. Build and implement key initiatives to ensure key account management initiatives and accelerate biosimilar adoption.

What Youll Do

• Build and implement the Market access strategy for EPDs existing and future portfolio.
• Lead the Institutional Business for Biosimilars Oncology and vaccination products in Mexico.
• Build and execute the listing strategy in the Institutional Private segment.
• Build and execute the reimbursement strategy in public segment.
• Responsible for secure reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions effective understanding of local processes and networking with the key stakeholders
• Lead pricing initiatives across the portfolio and define local price strategy for Biosimilars and Oncology Products
• Accelerate Tender Management Excellence in the Country
• Early engagement with relevant stakeholders for Biosimilars at C-suite level and at Government.
• Build or adapt Value Dossier at local level and develop or implement HEOR initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Finance or similar
• Masters in economics or business administration is a plus
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• At least 8Y as a Market Access leader or HEOR leader with deep Knowledge in Oncology and Biosimilars at the local level.
• Deep understanding of the Health Care System and the reimbursement and listing processes at local level. Powerful Network.
