The Opportunity

Join our Group Security GRC team within R2S (Risk Resilience & Security) department as an Information Security Officer. Youll be part of an international dynamic team working on essential security processes that protect Worldlines assets and operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple security domains and contribute directly to the organizations security posture.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support multiple security processes including ISMS governance risk assessments and control frameworks ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulations
• Collaborate with GBL security teams to monitor implementation of security processes consolidate reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and execute security awareness programs including phishing campaigns and mandatory training to strengthen organizational security culture
• Establish and maintain security dashboards and KPIs/KRIs coordinating with stakeholders for data gathering and analysis
• Contribute to the Worldline Cyber Security program and provide security expertise for strategic initiatives such as Cloud transformation and AI activities

Who Are We Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of relevant information security experience
• Strong communication and training skills with excellent spoken and written English
• Technical background with solid understanding of security concepts and practical application
• Proactive mindset to improve security processes and implement pragmatic solutions
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal oversight/direction remotely adjusting to changing priorities circumstances and personal interaction styles.
• One or more security certifications (ISO27001 LI/LA CISM CISSP ISO27005 CCSK CCSP) would be a plus
• Knowledge of key regulations and standards (ISO27001 GDPR DORA NIS2 PCI DSS) would be a plus
• Strong aptitude for understanding and adapting to new regulations and standards
• Security experience in organizations utilizing public cloud environments
