As the People and Capability Business Partnering Lead you will be working on a portfolio of business areas in multiple locations and working across the full spectrum of people and capability matters. You will help shape and implement meaningful workforce initiatives across our business. You will spend the majority of your time partnering with employees and people leaders to assist them to optimise their team and support delivery of their business objectives.
About You

You will be the type of person who loves working with a diverse range of people. Your previous experience in a similar people and capability business partnering or people and capability generalist role will be important as you work across the full range of the employee lifecycle and your knowledge of employee relations activities will contribute to your success in the role.
