What Youll Be Doing
- Managing a varied caseload across both medicine and surgery
- Mentoring training and supporting the GP veterinary team
- Undertaking line management responsibilities including performance management and professional development
- Supporting the training and development of nursing and support teams
- Shaping and upholding best-practice standards in line with VetPartners advisory guidelines
- Driving clinical vision while aligning clinical priorities with business objectives
- Utilising advanced diagnostics including digital radiography ultrasound and in-house laboratory equipment
- Delivering preventative healthcare such as vaccinations parasite control and routine wellness checks
- Educating and supporting pet owners while building strong trusted client relationships
- Working collaboratively with a skilled nursing team and experienced veterinary colleagues
- Confidently managing emergency and critical cases as required
- Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records to ensure continuity of care

About You
- A qualified Veterinarian with registration (or eligibility for registration) with the QLD Veterinary Practitioners Board
- Ideally 4 years experience in small animal practice (though were open to passionate vets at different career stages)
- A strong communicator and team player who enjoys building lasting client relationships
