What is this role like

Were hiring an HR Generalist based in our São Paulo office to support our growing team in Brazil and work closely with our global People function. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the businesssupporting hiring people operations and office life while helping a fast-growing tech company scale with intention.

What you will do

• Support recruiting efforts including sourcing coordination interviews and offer processes.
• Own employee onboarding and create a strong welcoming first experience for new hires and visitors.
• Manage core HR operations in Brazil including contracts compliance labor law requirements and policies.
• Partner with the People team on employee programs tools and process rollouts.
• Plan and support internal events trainings and workshops.
• Help keep the office running smoothly by supporting day-to-day office operations and coordination.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees ensuring a positive and well-organized people experience.

What were looking for

• Degree from a strong academic institution
• 4 years of experience in HR People Operations or a similar role.
• Experience in a tech or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Comfortable working across recruiting operations and employee experience.
• Organized proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law compliance and HR best practices.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
• Adaptable curious and motivated to build and improve processes.
• Comfortable working onsite4 days per week in São Paulo.

• Deep dive into details: Professionals who are not content with superficial answers and dive deeply into the details to uncover root causes and optimal solutions.
