As a HR Generalist - Regional for a leading global financial services company you will play a crucial role inguiding people managers through complex people mattersin Brazil andas well as countriesacross South America. You willbe responsible forassistingin the execution of HR programs and policies ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing the unique needs of the regional workforce. Collaborating closely with regional HR teams and leadership you will provide guidance on HR best practicesassistwith performance management and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The role requires a proactive solution-oriented approach exceptional communication skills (multiple languages highly desired) and the ability to navigate complex cross-cultural HR challenges in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex HR matters across Brazilas well as other South Americancountries including employee relations performance management leave management and workplace accommodations.

  • Ensure consistent and compliant application of company policies procedures and programs adapting guidance as needed to meet labor law requirements.

  • Partner closely with managers and regional leaders to provide coaching and guidance onpeoplesdecisions risk mitigation and best HR practices.

  • Independently manage escalated employee cases conducting factfinding documentation and

  • Support execution of regional HR programs (e.g. performance cycles corrective actions investigations terminations).

  • Resolution in partnership with Legal Compliance or HR leadership asappropriate.

Role Requirements

  • For this role you will ideally be an experienced human resource professional with extensive knowledge in Brazil labor laws and regulations.

  • In-depth knowledge of regional HR practices policies and labor laws.

  • Critical and creative thinking attention todetail and ability to make independent decisions.

  • Experience driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese with outstanding verbal writing and listening skills.

  • Spanish language will be a plus.
