About the role:
Youll lead HR for LATAMSao Paulo Buenos Aires and Mexico Citysupporting managers and employees driving projects and ensuring compliance all while fostering a dynamic adaptable culture.
What Youll Do
- Provide expert advice guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all aspects of HR with a strong focus on navigating change and fostering adaptability.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.
- Lead on the design review and adaptation of HR policies to meet evolving business needs.
- Actively contribute to the development rollout and success of regional HR projects bringing a change management mindset to project execution.
What You Have
- A solid HR Business Partnering background (4 years) with deep expertise in HR best practices employment law and managing through change.
- A genuine hands-on approach and the ability to proactively monitor the pulse of the organization ensuring high employee engagement through periods of growth and transition.
- Proven experience leading and supporting change management initiatives demonstrating resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- The ability to influence and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders facilitating alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Highly adaptable with a flexible mindset and excellent communication skills to support evolving business needs.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving ensuring evidence-based decisions even in dynamic contexts.
- Strong proactivity and a sense of initiative thriving in environments of continuous improvement and transformation.
- Spanish is a bonus.
