HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities - Track progress priorities and deadlines for various projects
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work on a wide variety of HR projects including Employee Engagement Volunteering Activities Employee Benefits and others.
- Help to identify opportunities to automate HR workflow
- Assist in analyzing HR data
- Support projects related to AI use in Talent analytics and employee engagement
- Gain exposure to a fast-paced collaborative office environment
- Exposure to modern HR practices and technology
- Participation in AI-enabled HR initiatives
- Organize and attend company meetings and networking events
- Compensation available
- Mentorship from HR professionals
Benefits This is a 1-year assignment project based in Sao Paulo-Brazil reporting to the Sr. HR Director.
Education Experience and Certifications
Position requires the candidate to be a student currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration Psychology data Analytics or Technology-related fields.
Qualifications Ability to work well on self-managed and team-oriented projects Knowledge to apply applicable laws and regulations Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate with diverse populations Ability to handle confidential Information Hands-on experience with data-driven HR decision-making Understanding AI tools automation and prompt-based systems Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently Analytical Excellent project management organizational and follow-through skill set Intermediate skill in the use of Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel required
