Job Summary
Junior Estimator Turnkey Sitework(North Atlanta GA)
Support the estimating team on commercial light industrial and residential subdivision sitework projects for a well-established contractor with a strong local reputation. Assist with earthwork and underground utility takeoffs pricing and bid preparation for turnkey site development packages while gaining hands-on exposure and a clear path for growth into a senior estimating role.

What Youll Do
- Support senior estimators with quantity takeoffs for earthwork underground utilities and site development scopes
- Perform detailed takeoffs using Agtek and Bluebeam
- Gather and organize pricing from material suppliers subcontractors and vendors
- Assist with assembling competitive bids scopes and estimate packages
- Review plans specifications and project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate internally with project managers and estimators to clarify scope and assumptions
- Develop estimating fundamentals and best practices under experienced leadership
What Were Looking For
- 12 years of estimating or field experience on turnkey sitework projects including commercial light industrial or residential subdivision work
- Exposure to grading earthwork underground utilities and site development scopes
- Experience with Agtek and Bluebeam required
- Strong construction plan reading and quantity takeoff skills
- Detail-oriented organized and motivated to grow within an estimating career path
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Local to the North Atlanta area or willing to commute.
