Job Summary:
The Sitework Designer SR 1 role involves creating 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage preparing layouts reviewing vendor drawings and coordinating with various stakeholders. This position requires significant experience in sitework design proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities:
- Producing 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage.
- Preparing layouts and conceptual designs.
- Reviewing vendor drawings.
- Preparing material takeoffs and assisting with cost estimates.
- Coordinating work with other disciplines clients and contractors.
- Performing site walk-downs for field verification and to address constructability.
- Producing 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Proficient using AutoCAD.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Ability to produce clear concise drawing notes.
- Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- 10 years of related experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Technical degree.
- Extensive 3D modeling experience.
- Experience in heavy industrial power generation papermill or petrochemical environment.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations such as Ga-EPD ADEM MDEQ and Florida DEP.
- Ability to build effective relationships with plant staff design engineering staff and/or vendors.
- Technical degree.
- Extensive 3D modeling experience.
- Experience in heavy industrial power generation papermill or petrochemical environment.
