Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Painting Estimator located in Glen Ellyn IL. You will be responsible for:

Reviewing and interpreting commercial blueprints and specifications
Performing details quantity takeoffs using estimating software
Developing accurate and competitive bids
Analyzing labor production rates materials and project scope
Conducting site visits as needed to validate project requirements
Managing multiple bid opportunities while meeting deadlines
Collaborating with project management to ensure smooth job handoff
Participating in post-bid reviews to strengthen margin performance

Qualifications

Experience in commercial estimating (painting preferred)
Proficiency with estimating software
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
