Project Manager - GA

Starting base salary $60-125K
Summary
The project manager is responsible for the successful planning coordination and execution of millwork stainless fabrication and refrigeration projects from award through closeout. This role serves as the point of contact for customer(s) and internal teams ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and accordance with approved drawings specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to expand upon a well-established customer base. This hired PM or Senior PM will report to the locations GM.
Responsibilities
-Serve as point of contact for customers ensuring consistent accurate & timely communication regarding status changes and expectations.
-Understanding of the Companys manufacturing processes while adhering to project management fundamental SOPs.
-Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that meet agreed upon customer expectations.
-Maintain existing customer relationships focusing on productions custom manufacturing.
-Clearly define project scope of work and communicate scope with internal team.
-Review cost estimates and custom quotations prior to submitting to customer.
-Lead meetings with internal team members to facilitate the project life cycle.
-Define & format project life cycle using Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
-Perform additional assignments in accordance with the GMs direction.
-Mitigate company and customer risks throughout the project life.
-Develop and grow new customer relationships.
Requirements
-Associates degree in project management architectural or construction related field.
-Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience. Customer service and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge or background with woodworking including design CAD shop experience project management strongly preferred.
