Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for our Events division and drive its this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans overseeing brand positioning and launching innovative campaigns that elevate our events on a global scale. Your expertise in both traditional and digital marketing along with your ability to leverage data-driven insights will be key to expanding our audience reach increasing engagement and achieving our business goals.


Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and growth objectives.
  • Create communication strategies for events.
  • Establish a clear brand messaging framework that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart from competitors.

Digital and Social Media Marketing:

  • Lead the development of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention.
  • Oversee social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in close collaboration with the Internal Marketing Agency.
  • Implement data-driven marketing initiatives to optimize online presence and drive customer acquisition.

Event Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure captivating themes websites and marketing creatives for each expo increasing brand visibility and attendee engagement.

Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for all initiatives ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to the executive team and stakeholders.
Brand Management:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Uphold brand integrity and positioning in all marketing materials and communications.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential threats.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and inspire the marketing team to consistently deliver high-performance outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative innovative marketing culture that promotes continuous learning experimentation and professional growth.
  • Build a strong culture of ownership and accountability empowering team members to take responsibility for results not just execution.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations sales experience marketing agency and technology to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in marketing with at least 35 years in a senior leadership role
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and achieving KPIs
  • Experience within the FinTech industry is considered a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
  • In-depth knowledge of digital and traditional marketing social media and content creation
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends technologies and best practices
