Spa Receptionist (Season 2026)

As our Spa Receptionist you are the ambassador of our Wellness & Spa experience. You will curate seamless personal and memorable guest journeys from the first reservation to the final farewell ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a world-class luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spa reservations across all channels (in person phone and email) with precision and care ensuring optimal flow and guest satisfaction
• Operate the spa software system to manage reservations charges and gift certificates
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures including billing and accounting tasks
• Guide guests through spa treatments products and wellness experiences tailored to their preferences
• Intuitively upsell treatments services and retail products to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure smooth handovers throughout the guest journey following up on satisfaction and addressing any discrepancies
• Maintain immaculate spa reception and public areas in line with luxury standards
• Anticipate guest needs respond proactively to feedback or concerns and handle complaints professionally
• Reports and records maintenance issues guest comments resident concerns and operational glitches to the Spa Manager
• Collaborate closely with therapists fitness teams and management to deliver consistent excellence

• Previous experience in a similar role within a spa or wellness environment experience in luxury hospitality is highly valued

• Warm and naturally guest-focused with an instinct for creating memorable experiences
• Confident and professional communicator both in person and digitally
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Service-driven mindset with a passion for enhancing exceptional guest experiences and thoughtful upselling
