Restaurant Manager (Season 2026)

At the heart of this experience are leaders who inspire their teams and bring the resorts culinary vision to life.

As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the daily operation of the restaurant ensuring that every detail of the guest experience reflects the values standards and philosophy of the Luxury Collection brand. This role combines strong leadership operational excellence and a passion for service with the shared goal of delivering memorable and refined dining moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily restaurant operation ensuring consistently high service standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Culinary team and other departments to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Supervise scheduling and shift planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and service flow
  • Manage reservations and guest flow handling feedback and special requests with professionalism and care
  • Address guest feedback proactively turning insights into opportunities for service improvement
  • Monitor inventory costs and supplies to support efficient and sustainable operations
  • Ensure service quality is fully aligned with hotel procedures and Marriott brand standards
  • Ensure full compliance with hygiene health and safety standards
  • Maintain a visible and engaged presence during service with a strong focus on detail consistency and guest interaction



Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of luxury dining concepts and high-end service standards
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Proven leadership team management and communication skills
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others
