Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (Season 2026)

At Santa Marina a Luxury Collection Resort Mykonos every guest experience is thoughtfully crafted and every team member plays a key role in delivering exceptional service. As our Floor Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring the housekeeping team ensuring that every guest room and public space supports the seamless elevated experiences that define the Luxury Collection brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize lead and supervise the housekeeping team in their daily operations ensuring efficiency while upholding the highest standards of service
  • Train mentor and support the team in procedures standards and housekeeping best practices fostering professional growth and consistency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback always ensuring an exceptional and seamless guest experience
  • Conduct regular detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure service standards organization and operational excellence are consistently met
  • Manage and monitor cleaning supplies and storage areas maintaining adequate stock levels and promoting proper and sustainable use of resources
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene safety and operational protocols fully complying with hotel and Luxury Collection brand standards
  • Collaborate closely with other departments providing updates on room status guest preferences and any maintenance requirements to support seamless operations


Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role ideally within a 5-star hotel environment
  • Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management or a related field
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English additional languages are highly valued
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate guide and develop teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to support other departments when needed
  • Upholds the highest standards of professionalism ethics and conduct
